About Company
Antoine N. S. Seeyave (1908-1987) and his partners founded Happy World in 1952. His family retains ownership control. Since 2004, his son, Antoine André Seeyave, is the main shareholder.
Until recently, the Company held substantial investments in the food sector. This is no longer the case since we have distributed all such investments to the shareholders.
Under the Founder’s leadership, Happy World grew into a remarkable company. His legacy resides in the spirit and meaning of his work which constitutes the backbone of Happy World.
